I can help!  I teach techniques to young people (and older ones too) that really work…

My sessions are:

  • 45 minutes (with 15 minutes for questions from parents at the end)
  • Interactive
  • Rated 10/10 for ‘fun’ by previous attendees (!)

Most importantly, clients who use the techniques on a regular basis report overcoming all sorts of issues, which means you, or your young person can too. 

I’ve seen a surge in young people at my clinics in recent months and with impending exams on top of the normal stresses, I thought a group session would be a good way to pass on some of my knowledge to a wider group. There will be no formal hypnosis at this session.

Who:  Children aged 8-15 and accompanying adults

How much: £15 per child; £10 for accompanying adults

Adult Sessions:

Do you want some new ways to deal with uncomfortable feelings? 


We all have occasional moments where our anxiety levels become uncomfortable.  Sometimes we go through periods where we feel a bit too tense a bit too much of the time.  I have a number of techniques I’ve learned (and tested strenuously!) – some will stop those feelings in their tracks, some will allow you to feel more relaxed, more of the time.  

All the techniques can be used by children from around the age of 8, so feel free to come along and learn the techniques to pass them on at home.  Alternatively, children from the age of 11 are welcome to attend a clinic with their parent of caregiver.


All attendees to date have agreed or strongly agreed that:

  • They learned techniques I believe will reduce anxious feelings
  • They intended to use some of the techniques they learned
  • They would recommend the session to anyone with struggles around anxiety
