What can you achieve in 30 minutes?

In a therapeutic sense, a combination of talking, hypnotherapy and practical steps is most effective to solve bigger issues, but…there are many instances where hypnotherapy alone can make a significant difference to just consciously ‘trying’.

Hypno HIIT* is a 30 minute online group hypnosis session to work on whatever you want to. (No awkward talking to each other required – I promise!)
We’ve had people managing feelings of anxiety better, letting go of fears, stopping unwanted habits, sleeping better…and those are just the ones I know about. Some people join with a different intention each month, some use the session to keep stress or feelings of anxiety under control, and some join for the pure relaxation.
When and how much?
Sessions are at 8pm UK time on the first Wednesday of each month. You can come to one session, every one, or you can just dip in and out of the sessions as you feel like… This option is just £30 a session.
OR, if you can’t attend live and / or would like access to the recorded session, you can join the Hypno HIIT group – all details are posted there each month plus:
- extra tips and tricks
- the option to ask me questions on any topic on a regular basis.
- Invites to any workshops I run while you are part of the group (How to Sleep, Your Toolkit of Calm and How to become a Teen Whisperer; worth up to £35 per workshop). This option is just £35 a month.
