What can you achieve in 30 minutes?

In a therapeutic sense, a combination of talking, hypnotherapy and practical steps is most effective to solve bigger issues, but…there are many instances where hypnotherapy alone can make a significant difference to just consciously ‘trying’.

Hypno HIIT* is a 30 minute online group hypnosis session to work on whatever you want to. (No awkward talking to each other required – I promise!)
We’ve had people managing feelings of anxiety better, letting go of fears, stopping unwanted habits, sleeping better…and those are just the ones I know about. Some people join with a different intention each month, some use the session to keep stress or feelings of anxiety under control, and some join for the pure relaxation.
When and how much?
Sessions are at 8pm UK time on the first Wednesday of each month. You can come to one session, every one, or you can just dip in and out of the sessions as you feel like… This option is is now just £22 a session.
Or, if you’d like access to the group where all recordings are posted (and ten are already available). For June 2023 only, it is £120 for the next six months.

HOW DOES HYPNO HIIT WORK?
Each session is a 30 minute online group hypnosis session to work on whatever you want to.
Just bring yourself, sit back and let the words wash over you…
Sessions are ‘content free’ so the words I use in the hypnosis won’t refer to anything specific. You can work on pretty much anything so all you need it to come with an intention of what you want to achieve.
WHO IS THIS FOR?
With very few exceptions, this group session is for anyone over the age of 16, anywhere in the world. Under 16s can join with a parent present – please contact me before booking.
This group session isn’t for you if:

*High Intensity Interval Training. Just like a HIIT exercise session; short, sweet, with great results, but a lot less sweaty.
